Even several days after the "effects of the sedative" wore off, I was still not able to respond normally. I am also pretty convinced no normal person would be able to.

I was in a crazy amount of pain! I was cranky, exhausted, hurting, and unable to eat. I expected a 4-5 day recovery period, but it turned out to be closer to 10.
